The Schedule
Wednesday, Nov 4:
Depart for Charles de Gaulle Airport, Paris. (Some will want to arrive a day or so early. If that’s your plan, let us know in advance so we can help you make arrangements with the hotel for a longer stay.)
Thursday, Nov 5:
Arrive Paris and check into your hotel. We will meet you at your hotel, have a "Welcome to Paris" lunch and walk to the brocante. Or, if you prefer, we can spend the afternoon changing money, strolling around and getting a feel for the area. You’ll have the evening free.
Friday, Nov 6:
We’ll spend the day at the amazing Bastille Brocante. You may want to enjoy a light lunch in an area restaurant. In the evening we’ll have dinner at the beautiful Le Dome de Marais.
Saturday, Nov 7:
We’ll pick you up at the hotel and head up to Clignancourt to explore some of the city’s most famous markets, such as Marche aux Puces. We’ll have lunch in a neighborhood restaurant and soak up the feel of this wonderful area. You'll have the evening free.
Sunday, Nov 8:
We’ll visit a large free-flowing weekend market in Port de Vanves, where you can find some great, unexpected treasures at the best prices in Paris. After lunch, we can return to the Bastille market or explore other neighborhood markets. You’ll have the evening free.
Monday, Nov 9:
Now that you’ve gotten a taste of some major markets, we will decide whether to explore some further or do some sightseeing. If you have merchandise to be shipped, we’ll help you arrange the shipping. You’ll have the evening free.
Tuesday, Nov 10:
Depart from Charles de Gaulle Airport.
